Stack cost

A monthly total for one workflow, using stickers copied from tool pages checked on 2026-10-16. Check the plans you would actually pay. The total adds every checked line that has a dollar amount. It skips a line that says not observed.

USD 19.99 is one regional rendering, with 1,200 monthly AI credits. The same pricing URL also rendered CLP 29990 and kept that credit grant. A yen card on the faceless workflow was JPY 2,700 with 800 credits. Do not add CLP or yen to this USD line.

USD stickers only. Tax is outside this sum. Annual banner prices stay in the notes.

Footnotes

  • CapCut Pro at $19.99 is one regional USD rendering checked on 2026-10-16. The same pricing URL also rendered in CLP, and a yen card was recorded on the faceless workflow. Those other currencies are not added to this dollar total. Checkout is the price.
  • Creatify Standard is summed at the $15 monthly sticker. The lower $12 figure is the annual-plan banner on the same card. It is a note, not the default line.
  • ElevenLabs Starter is summed at the $6 renewal, not the $1 first month. Kling Standard is summed at the $8.80 renewal, not the $6.99 first month. Runway Standard is summed at $15 monthly, not the $12 annual equivalent. HeyGen Creator is summed at $29 monthly, not the $24 annual equivalent.
  • A free plan is $0 and counts in the total when it is checked. A row with no observed monthly USD would stay visible and would be excluded. This seed has no such row, because every listed sticker was on a tool page.

What this total is

The total is a sum of monthly plan stickers you check. Each sticker was copied from a tool page on this directory. The verification date on the row is the date that tool page was checked, 2026-10-16. The calculator does not open the vendor’s pricing page again, and it does not invent a price for a product that has no tool page. If a later visit to the vendor shows a different checkout, the checkout wins. This page is a planning sheet for the stickers we already wrote down.

A checked row with a dollar amount, including $0.00 on a free plan, is included. A checked row whose monthly amount is missing would be counted as not observed and left out of the sum. An unchecked row is ignored even when the price is filled in. That is the whole rule. There is no hidden bundle discount, no tax, and no seat multiplier. Teams prices and per-seat prices are not in this seed.

Plans that share a stage are alternatives. Kling Standard and Runway Standard are both generate plans on the faceless workflow. ElevenLabs Starter and Creator are both voice plans. CapCut Pro and CapCut without Pro are both the edit plan. The checkboxes will add every line you leave on, including two plans you would not pay at the same time. The total panel says so when a stage has more than one check. Reset to default restores the commercial floor for the workflow you are looking at.

Which lines start checked

Faceless starts with Kling Standard, ElevenLabs Starter, and CapCut Pro. That matches the floor of the band on the faceless workflow: a paid Kling renewal, the first ElevenLabs card that prints a commercial-license line, and one regional USD CapCut sticker. Creator stays unchecked because it replaces Starter. It is not a second voice subscription. Runway Standard stays unchecked because it replaces Kling when you want that login instead. The worked comfort sum on the workflow page that uses Creator instead of Starter is a different selection. Check Creator and uncheck Starter if that is the card you mean. Do not leave both on.

UGC ads starts with Creatify Standard only. CapCut is optional on the UGC ads workflow, so both CapCut rows start unchecked. AI avatar starts with HeyGen Creator. CapCut is optional there too, on the AI avatar workflow. Voice and publish starts with ElevenLabs Starter. CapCut is the optional picture, so it starts off, matching the voice and publish workflow. Long to short and captions and cover start with CapCut Pro, which is the default paid finish on the long-to-short workflow and the captions and cover workflow.

Free tiers stay in the list so you can price a draft month at $0. Kling Basic is $0 and the tool page says that output is not for commercial use. ElevenLabs Free has no commercial-license line on the card. HeyGen Free is capped at the limits printed on its row. Creatify Free includes a watermark, per the pricing FAQ. CapCut without Pro is $0 here, and the free export rules were not observed, so the note says that instead of inventing a watermark or a resolution cap.

Renewals, regions, and omissions

First-month promotions are not the budget line. ElevenLabs Starter showed $1 for the first month, labeled until 18 October 2026, in front of a $6 plan. Kling Standard showed $6.99 and then $8.80. The summed amounts are $6 and $8.80. Creator’s first month at $11 is the same kind of teaser in front of $22. Annual equivalents are written in the notes when the tool page printed them: Runway Standard at $12 a month when billed annually, HeyGen Creator at $24, Creatify Standard at $12 under the annual banner, and ElevenLabs annual FAQ figures. The checkbox still adds the monthly renewal. Switch your own spreadsheet if you have already chosen annual billing. Do not treat the note as a second line in this total.

CapCut’s public sticker changes with region. One check on 2026-10-16 showed Pro at USD 19.99 with 1,200 monthly AI credits. The same URL rendered in CLP with the same credit grant. A yen open recorded on the faceless page, not as the only price on the CapCut tool page, showed a different credit grant. This calculator keeps the USD 19.99 line and refuses to add the other currencies to it. If your checkout is not that USD card, uncheck CapCut Pro and do not paste a converted CLP or yen figure into the story of this total. The credit grant is the more stable planning number across the USD and CLP cards. Credits still do not pay the subscription.

Opus Clip and Submagic appear in workflow notes. They do not have tool pages in this directory, so their stickers are not rows. The long-to-short and captions-and-cover selectors say that on the page. Higher ladders that the tool pages do publish — CapCut Ultra, Kling Pro and above, Runway Pro and Max, HeyGen Pro and above, Creatify Pro and above, ElevenLabs Pro and above — are also absent. Leaving them out is a scope choice for the commercial floor, not a claim that those cards cost $0. Read the tool page before you budget one of them. API unit prices, including Kling’s prepaid unit and Runway’s developer credit, are separate wallets and are not converted into this monthly sum.

Nothing on this page is an affiliate offer. A link goes to a tool page or a workflow page on ClipNav. Those pages cite the vendor URL they were checked against. They do not add a commission, and this calculator does not rank a plan because it pays more to the directory. Use the total as a checklist of named stickers. Then open the workflow for the assumptions around length, credits, and what the free export did not show.

FAQ

Why is Kling Standard $8.80 and not $6.99?

The membership card checked on 2026-10-16 showed $6.99 for the first month and $8.80 after that. The first-month price was a promotion. The renewal is the number this calculator adds.

Why might CapCut Pro differ from my checkout?

USD 19.99 is one regional rendering. The same pricing URL also rendered in CLP on the day the tool page was verified. A yen sticker was recorded on the faceless workflow. Pay the currency on your screen. Do not add those cards to this dollar sum.

Why is Creatify Standard $15 and not $12?

The pricing card showed $15 and, under an annual-plan banner, $12. The $12 figure is the annual sticker. The monthly line in this calculator is $15. Both numbers were on the page checked 2026-10-16.

Why are Opus Clip and Submagic missing?

Workflow pages mention them. This directory does not have tool pages for them, so the calculator does not copy those stickers into a sum. Open the workflow page if you need the figure that was written there. It stays out of this total.

Does the total include tax or annual billing?

No. The sum is monthly USD stickers before tax. Annual equivalents stay in the row notes. A free plan adds $0.00 when you check it. Unchecking every line leaves the total at $0.00.

Can I check Starter and Creator together?

The form will allow it and will add both prices. That is not how the plans work. Creator replaces Starter. The same warning applies to Kling and Runway, and to CapCut Pro and CapCut without Pro. Leave one plan checked in each stage unless you truly pay both bills.
