Synthesys is the multi-model marketing agent in this batch, priced in credits on synthesys.io. Synthesys and Synthesia are different products. The names differ by one letter. The hosts differ: synthesys.io and synthesia.io. The jobs differ: a marketing agent here, and a training avatar studio with learner seats on the Synthesia page. A credit on one site is not a credit on the other. Do not import Synthesia's Basic, Starter, or Pro ladder onto this page, and do not import these credit packs onto the Synthesia page.
Checked on 2026-10-17, synthesys.io/pricing returned HTTP 200 to a plain fetch. Every dollar figure below is that page, as copied into the batch note. A model name, a resolution, and a credit burn per finished ad were not in the extract. Those gaps stay not observed.
This directory files the tool under YouTube, TikTok, and Shorts because that is the platform set on UGC ads. A vendor list of export presets was not observed. The capability tag on this entry is the directory's filing for a marketing agent that spends credits on video. It is not a copied model card.
Who it's for
Synthesys fits a marketer who wants one credit subscription across a multi-model agent, and a team that will buy Starter, Pro, Agency, or Max and then top up with a credit pack. Starter is the first named rung. Pro is the second. Agency is the third. Max is the rung whose sticker is written with the word "from." A free plan was not observed. Seat counts and a learner price were not observed. The learner seat is a Synthesia fact, on Synthesia. It is not a Synthesys line in this extract.
It is a weak fit when the buyer asked for Synthesia and landed here by the spelling. Open Synthesia for the training studio. It is a weak fit when the input is a product URL and the buyer wants a published URL-to-video credit row. That login is Creatify, on UGC ads. It is a weak fit when the job is a presenter with a remote MCP URL this directory has stored. That login is HeyGen, on AI avatar. It is a weak fit when the ad is product-in-hand and the test should start at $1. That login is MakeUGC. It is a weak fit when the edit is captions on a file you already have. That login is CapCut. A named voice, when this extract names no speaker, is ElevenLabs.
Use Synthesys when the unit of work is the marketing agent, the meter is the credit grant below, and you have read the daily-cap sentence in the FAQ before you plan a batch.
What it does
The batch job is a multi-model marketing agent. "Multi-model" is the positioning sentence. The model names behind it were not observed. This page does not fill the blank with Kling, Seedance, Veo, or Aurora. Topview printed a Seedance 2.5 cell. That cell is Topview's. Creatify names models on its own billing page. Those names are Creatify's.
You spend credits. Starter is written as 3,500 credits a month. Pro is written as 8,000 credits. Agency is written as 17,000 credits. Max is written as 30,000 credits. Only the Starter line repeats "/mo" on the credit figure. The other three figures sit in the same list without that suffix copied again. The parallel reading is a monthly grant. A sentence that said "8,000 credits per month" as its own phrase, separate from the Starter wording, was not copied for Pro, Agency, or Max. A yearly credit pool that differs from twelve monthly grants was not observed. This page does not invent one.
What one credit buys — a second of video, a 30-second ad, an image, a script — was not observed. A duration cap, a resolution, a language count, a watermark, an actor count, and a commercial-license sentence were not observed. The agent may wrap several generators. The extract does not say which button spends which model. Until a rate card names the burn, a 3,500-credit month is a pool, not a video count.
Credit packs sit beside the plans: 1,000 credits for $10, 2,750 for $25, and 6,000 for $50. Promo struck prices were also shown. The struck amounts were not copied, so those earlier pack prices are not observed. Do not guess a crossed-out dollar. Whether pack credits expire, roll, or share the 5,000 daily cap was not observed.
Pricing tiers
Verified on 2026-10-17 at synthesys.io/pricing.
| Plan | Sticker as written | Yearly display | Yearly total printed | Credits as written |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | $29 | $20/mo yearly | $240/yr | 3,500 credits/mo |
| Pro | $59 | $41/mo | $492/yr | 8,000 credits |
| Agency | $119 | $83/mo | $996/yr | 17,000 credits |
| Max | from $199 | from $139/mo | $1,668/yr | 30,000 credits |
The yearly totals match twelve times the yearly monthly display. $20 times 12 is $240. $41 times 12 is $492. $83 times 12 is $996. $139 times 12 is $1,668. Those identities are checks on numbers the page already printed. They are not a second price. Pay the invoice Synthesys shows. The higher sticker in each pair ($29, $59, $119, and from $199) is the other option in the extract. This page calls that reading the non-yearly price because the sentence is "$29 or $20/mo yearly." The word "month" is printed on the $20 side. It is not reprinted as a suffix on $29 in the note.
The dollar gaps from the higher sticker to the yearly display are $9, $18, $36, and $60. As ratios, $20 is $9 under $29, $41 is $18 under $59, $83 is $36 under $119, and $139 is $60 under $199. Dividing those gaps by the higher sticker is about 31 percent, 31 percent, 30 percent, and 30 percent. Synthesys did not print a single "save 30 percent" label in the extract. The percents are arithmetic. The stickers are the prices. Max keeps the word "from" on both sides. Steps above $199, above $139 a month, above $1,668 a year, and above 30,000 credits were not observed.
| Pack | Price | Credits per dollar, by division | Dollar per credit, by division |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1,000 credits | $10 | 100 | $0.01 |
| 2,750 credits | $25 | 110 | about $0.00909 |
| 6,000 credits | $50 | 120 | about $0.00833 |
| Struck promo packs | not observed | not observed | not observed |
The pack table is division of printed pairs. Synthesys did not print a "price per credit" line. Larger packs yield more credits per dollar on these three pairs: 100, then 110, then 120. A full spend of the Starter grant at the $29 sticker is $29 divided by 3,500, about $0.0083 per credit, which is under the $0.01 smallest pack if you use the whole grant and if 3,500 is the monthly pool you are dividing. The same grant at the $20 yearly display is $20 divided by 3,500, about $0.0057 per credit. Pro at $59 across 8,000 credits is $0.007375 per credit. Pro at $41 is $41 divided by 8,000, which is $0.005125. Agency at $119 across 17,000 is about $0.007 per credit. Agency at $83 is about $0.0049. Max at the $199 floor across 30,000 is about $0.0066. Max at the $139 floor is about $0.0046. Every one of those quotients assumes you spend the grant the note printed, and it assumes the Pro, Agency, and Max figures are the same kind of monthly pool as Starter's 3,500. They are planning aids. They are not a vendor rate card, and they are not a price per finished ad. The burn per ad was not observed.
The FAQ extract mentions API keys and a credit daily cap of 5,000. If that cap binds the plan pool, Starter's 3,500 sits under a single day's ceiling, Pro's 8,000 needs more than one day (5,000 plus a 3,000 remainder), Agency's 17,000 needs four days at a hard 5,000 ceiling (three full days are 15,000, and 2,000 remain), and Max's 30,000 is six days of 5,000. That schedule is conditional. The extract does not say the cap applies to the web app, to API keys only, or to pack credits. It does not say the cap resets at midnight or rolling 24 hours. Those scopes are not observed. Use the 5,000 figure as a ceiling you must confirm, not as a videos-per-day promise.
A free tier was not observed. Refund terms were not observed. Rollover of unused plan credits was not observed.
Pros
- Four plan names each have a higher sticker, a yearly monthly display, a printed yearly total, and a credit figure, and each yearly total matches twelve times its monthly display.
- Credit packs print three pairs, so a top-up has a dollar amount without inventing a fourth subscription.
- The pack pairs get cheaper per credit as they get larger, on a plain division a buyer can redo: 100, 110, and 120 credits per dollar.
- The FAQ mentions API keys, so an integration review can start from the vendor's own mention while this page still stores no docs URL.
- The FAQ mentions a 5,000 credit daily cap, which is a batch-planning constraint even before the scope of that cap is confirmed.
- The product name and the host are distinct from Synthesia, so a training buyer can be sent to the other page instead of the wrong ladder.
Cons
- No model name and no credit burn per ad were copied. A 3,500-credit month is not a count of videos.
- "/mo" is explicit on Starter's credits and not repeated on Pro, Agency, and Max. Treating 8,000, 17,000, and 30,000 as monthly is the parallel reading, and it is still a reading.
- Struck promo prices on the packs were shown and not copied. A buyer who remembers a crossed-out pack price cannot confirm it here.
- Max is priced with "from." The ceiling above $199, $139 a month, and 30,000 credits was not observed.
- MCP is marketed, and the server URL was not observed. API keys are mentioned, and the docs URL was not observed.
- The daily cap's scope was not observed. Planning a 30,000-credit day would ignore a figure the FAQ already printed.
Usage flow
- Confirm you are on synthesys.io and not on Synthesia. Then pick the rung from the grant and the sticker. Starter is $29 or $20 a month yearly ($240 a year) for 3,500 credits a month. Pro is $59 or $41 a month ($492) for 8,000 credits. Agency is $119 or $83 a month ($996) for 17,000 credits. Max starts at $199 or $139 a month ($1,668) for 30,000 credits. Read "from" on Max as a floor.
- If the grant is short, add a pack at the printed pair: 1,000 credits for $10, 2,750 for $25, or 6,000 for $50. Ignore struck promo amounts this page did not copy. Before a large batch, read the FAQ's 5,000 credit daily cap and confirm whether it binds the pool you are spending. The burn per ad was not observed, so the in-app cost shown before you confirm is the number this extract cannot replace.
- If the export still needs a platform cut, finish in CapCut. If the job was a product URL with Creatify's rate card, or a presenter with HeyGen's MCP URL, start in Creatify or HeyGen instead of spending Synthesys credits on a job this page cannot meter.
Workflow usage
On UGC ads, Synthesys is the marketing-agent login with the credit ladder above. Creatify remains the workflow's primary published path when the input is a product URL and the buyer wants a URL-to-video row from Creatify's own billing page. MakeUGC is the product-in-hand try at $1, with a yearly display and API on every plan. Topview is the annual-card login that printed a Seedance 2.5 720P example at $3.60 per 30 seconds. Arcads is the actor-ad login whose public stickers were not observed. Synthesys does not replace those meters. Its own meter is credits, packs, and a 5,000 daily cap whose scope you still have to confirm. A commercial-license sentence was not observed on this extract. A paid-media buy needs the license from the product.
AI avatar is the path for a talking presenter. The default there is HeyGen, or Synthesia when the buyer is a training org with learner seats. Synthesys is not filed on that workflow. The extract did not print an avatar count, a translation table, or a learner price. Sending a course team to synthesys.io because the name looks like Synthesia is the spelling error this page exists to stop.
Voice publish is the wrong primary slug. No speech rate was copied. A named voice is ElevenLabs, on a separate bill. Captions and covers is the cut after the agent exports a file, in CapCut or Captions. Caption languages on Synthesys were not observed.
Underlying models
The positioning line says multi-model. The pricing extract names no model. Seedance, Kling, Veo, Sora, Aurora, and any speech model are not observed as Synthesys backends on this pass. Credit costs that differ by model were not observed. The packs and the plan grants are the only credit integers copied, plus the 5,000 daily cap. When a shot has to cite a model, render it in a tool that prints the model name and pay that tool. Seedance and the Seedance model page are the model family. They are not a claim that Synthesys hosts them.
API and MCP
has_api is true because the FAQ extract mentions API keys. The same check did not copy a base URL, an auth header, a docs URL, or a per-endpoint credit table, so this entry sets no api_url. The credit daily cap of 5,000 is the only numeric API-adjacent limit copied. Whether every key shares one cap, and whether web-app clicks count against it, was not observed. Plan credits and pack credits may or may not be the API wallet. That identity was not observed.
mcp.official is false. MCP is marketed. The server URL was not observed on 2026-10-17, so there is no mcp.url. Creatify and HeyGen are the UGC-adjacent logins on this directory that print an official MCP URL. A Synthesys subscription does not authenticate those servers. An agent that needs a documented endpoint should start on a page that stored one.
Similar tools
- Synthesia is the training and enterprise avatar studio on synthesia.io. It is a different product. Its ladder, its learner seats, and its credits belong on that page. Synthesys is the marketing agent on synthesys.io, with the credit pairs in the table above.
- Creatify is the URL-to-ad studio with a public API rate card and an official MCP URL. Use Creatify when the input is a product link. Use Synthesys when the buy is this credit subscription and the agent is the interface.
- HeyGen is the presenter studio. Use it when the face and the translation are the asset and you want a stored MCP URL. Synthesys did not print a translation table on this pass.
- MakeUGC and Topview are the other UGC-shaped logins in this batch, one with a $1 try and AdFlow counts, one with annual cards and a Seedance 2.5 example. Arcads has no public sticker on this check.
- CapCut is the editor after export. ElevenLabs is the voice this extract did not name.
FAQ
Is Synthesys the same product as Synthesia?
No. Synthesys and Synthesia are different products. Synthesys is the multi-model marketing agent at synthesys.io, with the credit plans on this page. Synthesia is the training avatar studio at synthesia.io, filed here as Synthesia. The extra letter is the entire difference in the name, and it is not a small difference in the product. Credits do not transfer. Learner seats were copied on the Synthesia research, not on this Synthesys extract.
How much is Synthesys Pro, and how many credits come with it?
Pro is $59, or $41 a month with a printed yearly total of $492, and the credit figure written beside it is 8,000 credits. $41 times 12 is $492, so the yearly total matches the monthly display. The note writes "/mo" on Starter's 3,500 credits and does not repeat that suffix on the 8,000. The parallel reading is a monthly grant. A per-ad burn was not observed.
What do the credit packs cost?
The copied pairs are 1,000 credits for $10, 2,750 credits for $25, and 6,000 credits for $50. By division that is 100, 110, and 120 credits per dollar. Struck promo prices were on the page, and the struck amounts were not observed. Whether pack credits share the 5,000 daily cap was not observed.
What is the 5,000 credit daily cap?
The FAQ extract mentions API keys and a credit daily cap of 5,000. If the cap binds a plan pool, Starter's 3,500 fits in one day, and Max's 30,000 is six days of 5,000. The extract does not say the cap binds the web app, API calls only, or both. Confirm the scope before you schedule a batch. The figure itself is copied. The scope is not observed.
Does Synthesys have an official MCP server?
MCP is marketed, and no server URL was copied on 2026-10-17, so mcp.official is false. API keys are mentioned, so has_api is true, and no docs URL was copied, so there is no api_url. Use the in-product credit balance until a first-party URL is on the page you can read.
