TikTok
Vertical TikTok cuts, with CapCut as the shared editor for 9:16, captions, and the safe-zone pass.
Overview
This page aggregates the ClipNav workflows and tools that name TikTok as a destination. It is a tag page. The ordered path and the checked monthly stickers stay on the workflow pages. What this page adds is the vertical cut those workflows share, and the editor they already name for it.
That editor is CapCut. The long-to-short path reframes a rights-cleared long video to 9:16 in CapCut and burns captions on the same timeline. Captions and covers stays in CapCut for type, the cover frame, and a look at the right edge and the bottom. Faceless generates the shots elsewhere and finishes in CapCut. UGC ads builds the actor spot in another login and returns to CapCut for the caption and the safe zone. Voice and publish treats the CapCut picture as optional and, when the file is a TikTok, asks for 9:16. AI avatar puts the presenter in HeyGen and the vertical type in CapCut.
TikTok is the phone-native home of that shape. A wider watch-page master belongs on YouTube. A square or vertical YouTube upload up to three minutes belongs on YouTube Shorts. One project file can feed more than one shelf only after you have checked each shelf's length and claim rules. YouTube's were opened for the Shorts page. TikTok's upload ceiling was not.
ClipNav does not print a TikTok RPM or CPM. Shorts earnings is a YouTube Shorts formula. Its RPM boxes are illustrative inputs you can change. They are not a TikTok rate, and they are not an observed Shorts average. Spend on the tool stack, using stickers already on the tool pages, is stack cost.
Best-fit workflows
Long-to-short is the first vertical workflow when the footage already exists: a podcast, a livestream, a course, or a long YouTube video you have the right to cut. Stay in CapCut when you already know the segment. Move to a clip proposer when the source is hours long and you want candidate verticals before the polish. The workflow's named proposer, on the tool page checked later, is OpusClip, whose Starter card includes auto-post to TikTok.
Captions and covers is the next stop when the cut exists and the words, the cover, or the safe zone still fail. The workflow's default paid finish is CapCut Pro when the project contains Pro elements. A second caption subscription is not part of the default sum. Submagic is the optional animated pass, kept off that sum on the workflow page.
AI UGC ads is the vertical paid creative: a human script, an AI actor, captions, and a disclosure. The default actor login on that page is Creatify. CapCut is the caption and safe-zone step after the export. TikTok is the shape that workflow is built for. A YouTube or Shorts placement of the same spot is a publish decision, not a reason to edit in 16:9 first.
Faceless channel workflow is the narrated series: script, voice, shots, captions, publish. The format pages under it, including Reddit-style stories, horror, motivational, AI news, top 10, and AI music, are the same stack with a different picture. The TikTok export is the 9:16 file.
Voice and publish is the fit when the track is the product and the picture is light. The workflow's reading of TikTok is that realistic AI images, audio, and video require a label. The newsroom post behind that reading was opened again for this page. See the specs section.
AI avatar is the fit when a presenter has to speak and the person has agreed. The vertical safe zone is still a CapCut pass. A realistic face on TikTok is a labeling case, not a caption-only case.
Tool shortlist
Every published tool page currently tags tiktok alongside youtube and shorts. The index is Tools. The shortlist is the vertical path, with CapCut first.
CapCut is ByteDance's short-form editor: captions, templates, and vertical cuts, with Seedance generation on paid plans. The tool page, verified 2026-10-16, records region-rendered stickers. One check showed Pro at USD 19.99/mo, Ultra at USD 79/mo, and Teams at USD 12.49/mo per seat. Another showed Pro CLP 29990/mo, Ultra CLP 71990/mo, and Teams CLP 14995/mo per seat. A yen card recorded on the faceless workflow the same day was a different credit grant. Pay the checkout you see. Do not add the currencies. A public creator API was not observed. CapCut alternatives is the compare when the timeline is the thing you might swap. The workflows still start you in CapCut, because the reframe and the captions live on one timeline.
OpusClip is the long-master clipper. Starter, checked 2026-10-17 at $15 a month, names AI clipping, a Virality Score, animated captions, and auto-post to YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and Instagram Reels, or a download. A credit-to-minute map was not fully itemized, so the credit pool is not yet a posting calendar. Submagic is caption-first on a per-member meter. Captions is the phone edit. VEED is the browser project. Best AI clip makers holds that comparison.
Actor ads that are cut for a phone feed: Creatify when the input is a product URL, then MakeUGC, Topview, Arcads, and JoggAI as the other logins in the directory. Best AI UGC tools keeps their meters apart. HeyGen is the presenter when the job is a longer talking head rather than a URL-to-ad.
Voice is ElevenLabs. Shots you will reframe in CapCut are Kling, Seedance, Runway, Luma, Pika, and Higgsfield. Viggle is motion transfer and meme character video. A Viggle safe zone was not observed. The caption pass is still CapCut.
Cadence after a vertical file exists: Revid listed TikTok among publish destinations on the 2026-10-17 check. Faceless.so schedules a niche series. AutoShorts prices a frequency integer. Posts per worker on Revid were not observed.
Specs creators care about
Frame. The working frame in the workflows is vertical 9:16. A 16:9 master is the YouTube watch-page shape, documented on YouTube. On TikTok it needs a reframe or it plays with bars or a crop. Do that reframe in CapCut, on a 9:16 timeline, before you export. A TikTok-published minimum resolution, a maximum duration, and a file-size cap were not observed on this pass. An English creator-tools URL redirected away from the article. This page does not copy a 3-minute, 10-minute, 30-minute, or 60-minute ceiling from a roundup. Re-open TikTok Support in the account's locale on the day you export, and keep the length inside the rule you read there. YouTube's Shorts ceiling, which does not govern TikTok, is on the Shorts page: up to three minutes, square or vertical.
Safe zone. Captions and covers says a measured pixel inset was not observed, so you judge the right edge and the bottom in the player. TikTok draws a button column and a caption band over the video. Hook text, subtitles, and the product sit inside the clear area you can see in a preview. This directory does not publish a pixel overlay. Third-party overlays disagree with each other, and none of them was an official template opened for this page.
Sound and type. Burned captions are part of the CapCut finish because viewers mute, and because a spoken hook still has to read. A measured sound-on rate for TikTok was not observed. Caption availability across tools is the captions matrix. The words on screen do not replace a music license. A TikTok sound-library template ID was not observed.
Cover. The workflows pick a frame from the same timeline. A TikTok cover pixel size was not observed.
AI label. New labels for disclosing AI-generated content, dated 19 September 2023 and opened 2026-10-17, says TikTok's synthetic-media policy requires people to label AI-generated content that contains realistic images, audio, or video. The post says creators can use the new label or another disclosure, such as a sticker or a caption. It also says TikTok would test an automatic "AI-generated" label. The faceless page records a later reading of TikTok's "About AI-generated content" article: a creator label, Content Credentials that can force a label you cannot remove, and limits on who may be depicted. That help article was not re-fetched as HTML for this platform page. Ads Manager clicks were not observed. A realistic avatar, a realistic product scene that was never filmed, and a realistic cloned voice are labeling cases on the newsroom text. A caption burn by itself was not given an exemption on the page this pass opened.
Creator Rewards eligibility, including any one-minute minimum or follower threshold, was not opened on this pass. This page states no TikTok RPM and no CPM.
Common pitfalls
Editing the TikTok cut inside a 16:9 YouTube sequence, then cropping, is how faces and captions leave the frame. Start the CapCut project at 9:16, or reframe on purpose and watch the result in the player.
Hook text on the right edge or hard against the bottom sits under TikTok's own UI. The directory has no measured inset. Preview the post.
A second caption app is a different checkout. Captions and covers keeps the default on CapCut. Open Submagic when animated captions are the product you are buying, and keep that bill off the default sum until you mean to pay it.
A realistic AI face or a realistic AI voice posted as an ordinary clip skips the label the 2023 newsroom post describes. The label, a sticker, or a caption is the disclosure that post names. Read the current help page in the app before you rely on a 2023 sentence alone.
CapCut's free export rules were not observed on the 2026-10-16 pricing extract. The captions workflow records a CapCut help page, dated 3 April 2026, that says auto captions can include Pro-only functionality and that an export containing Pro elements requires Pro. Confirm that in the project you have open.
Pasting a number into Shorts earnings does not produce a TikTok forecast. That page multiplies Shorts views by an RPM you type. The opening RPM band is illustrative. It is not a TikTok CPM and not a fee this directory measured.
Auto-post is only as real as the card that prints the destination. OpusClip Starter names TikTok. A scheduler on Pictory, Lumen5, Fliki, Kling, or CapCut was not observed.
FAQ
Why is CapCut the center of the TikTok page?
The workflows that ship a phone video already share it. CapCut is where the 9:16 reframe, the burned captions, and the safe-zone check happen. Generation, voice, and ad actors stay on their own tool pages, then come back to that timeline. CapCut alternatives is the page for a different editor.
Can the same file go to YouTube Shorts?
It can when the file is square or vertical and up to three minutes, which is the rule on Understand three-minute YouTube Shorts, opened 2026-10-17. A Short over one minute with an active copyright claim is blocked globally on YouTube. TikTok's own length cap was not observed here, so a file TikTok accepts can still fail the Shorts rule, and the reverse can happen too. Read both help pages on upload day. The Shorts write-up is YouTube Shorts.
Which tool makes a TikTok ad?
UGC ads starts with Creatify when the input is a product URL, then CapCut for captions and the safe zone. Best AI UGC tools compares the other meters. They are not interchangeable credit systems.
Does ClipNav know what TikTok pays?
No. This page has no RPM and no CPM. The Shorts earnings calculator is labeled illustrative, and it is a Shorts formula. It does not look up a TikTok account.
